Blitzway Games does not take any actions in claiming ownership of the names on our arcade remakes, rather these names are variations based upon the Original trademarked and copyrighted Arcade Games that we try to resemble. Nor does we claim any ownership of trademarked and copyrighted material that is the sole property of their respective owners.

To state it more clearly, this means:

Poc-Mon is a remake of the Pac-Man® game and is not endorsed by its trademark and copyright owners Namco Ltd.

Space Intruders is a remake of the Space Invaders® game and is not endorsed by its trademark and copyright owners Taito Corp.

Super Brickout is a remake of the Super Breakout® game and is not endorsed by its trademark and copyright owners Atari Inc.

Pang is a remake of the Pong® game and is not endorsed by its trademark and copyright owners Atari Inc.

Running our games
Blitzway Games does not take any liability regarding damage nor any loss of data that may occur on computers by running our software. You, the end user, is the sole responsible person by running software downloaded from blitzwaygames.com

About donations
Donations are given on a strictly voluntary base by people wanting to help and support. Blitzway Games does not in anyway demand donations for their service provided.
